know, will abuse my kindness. And I will lock myself up in
       the most merciful Heart of Jesus. I will bear my own suffering
       in silence. May your mercy, O Lord, rest upon me. Jesus I trust
       in You!

       Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi

       Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace.
       Where there is hatred, let me sow love.
       Where there is injury, pardon;
       Where there is doubt, faith.
       Where there is despair, hope;
       Where there is darkness, light;
       and where there is sadness, joy.

       O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be
       consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand;
       to be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive,
       it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
       and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

       Prayer of St. Ignatius of Loyola

       Take, O Lord, and receive all my liberty, my memory, my
       understanding, and my whole will. Thou has given me all that I
       am and all that I possess: I surrender it all to Thee that Thou
       may depose of it according to Thy will. Give me only Thy love
       and Thy grace; with these I will be rich enough, and will have no
       more to desire.
